TIPS, Inc. has been the ONLY Factory Authorized Service Center for Linear Power for nearly 40 years. We offer both repair services as well as performance modifications for Linear Power products. In addition to repairs and modifications on Linear Power products, TIPS Inc also offers repairs and SQ modifications to Helix and other major brands of processors. Please note that an evaluation fee will be assessed and an estimate for the repair or modification given prior to any work being completed. Upon approval the evaluation fee is applied towards the service.

TIPS Inc. was also an authorized repair center for many major brands for over 25 years until the industry shifted away from authorization of third-party companies. We still repair electronics including head units, amplifiers and processors. Each unit is tested to meet or exceed manufactured specification at the time of repair. Shipping and Insurance costs to send the unit to TIPS, Inc. is the responsibility of the customer. It is HIGHLY recommended that insurance for the full replacement value of your item be purchased from your shipper. TIPS, Inc. will NOT be responsible for items that never arrive or that are damaged in shipment due to poor packaging. Please package your equipment well. Additional packaging charges can be added for replacing improper and/or damaged packaging/boxing material supplied by the customer
Return shipments will be by UPS ground unless other wise requested, the customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges, this includes additional charges for foreign shipments or shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping, Handling and insurance charges will apply to each repair or modification due to increased shipping costs. Shipping fees are determined on weight and your location.
Refused estimate charges on non-warranty repairs are the combined costs of evaluation fee, shipping, handling, insurance and COD charges if they apply. Price will be given on each unit.
Payment can be made by major credit card or debit card by phone, email, messenger or text. We also accept funds electronically through Paypal. Other accepted forms of payment are cashiers/bank check or money order, but you will have a postal delay. Personal or business checks are accepted but you are subject to a possible 15-day delay in processing and clearing of the check once the check arrives to us.
